College basketball schedule today: Times, TV channels, scores for Thursday NCAA March Madness games

There was some drama during the opening weekend of the 2024 NCAA Tournament, but the No. 1 and No. 2 seeds in each region managed to survive and advance.

However, the road to the Final Four will only get more difficult as title hopefuls shift to their Sweet 16 matchups.

On Thursday, UConn, the top overall seed in the March Madness bracket, will face No. 5 San Diego State in the East Region.

The winner of that game will meet either No. 2 Iowa State or No. 3 Illinois in the Elite Eight.

North Carolina, the No. 1 seed in the West Region, will go head-to-head with No. 4 Alabama after eliminating No. 16 Wagner and No. 9 Michigan State last week.

Before the Tar Heels and Crimson Tide take the floor in Los Angeles, No. 2 Arizona and No. 6 Clemson will collide in a Pac-12 vs. ACC battle.

Here is everything you need to know about today's schedule, including tipoff times and TV and streaming options for NCAA Tournament games.
